Wyeth Targets Zydus In New Effexor XR Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009) -- In its latest effort to block a generic version of Effexor XR, Wyeth has accused Indian drugmaker Cadila Healthcare Ltd. and its U.S.-based subsidiary, Zydus Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., of infringing three patents related to the popular antidepressant.
