H&R Block Told To Pay $2M In Software Suit

Law360, New York (April 06, 2009) -- A Delaware judge has issued a mixed ruling — including a damages award of over $2 million for Inisoft Corp. — in a contract, fraud and trade secrets fight between a subsidiary of H&R Block Inc. and the software contractor the tax giant worked with as it moved into the online market for tax returns.
