Chamber Of Commerce Calls For USPTO Reforms

Law360, New York (December 30, 2008) -- In its recommendations for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has urged the incoming Obama administration to renegotiate the current fee schedule, increase patent quality by encouraging continuous training for examiners and push to turn the agency into a government corporation.
