Samsung Ordered To Pay $7.3M In China Patent Case

Law360, New York (December 29, 2008) -- A Chinese court has reportedly ordered South Korea-based Samsung Electronics Co. to pay $7.3 million to China-based Holley Communications for infringing a cell phone patent.
