BofA Countersuit Against EPC Transferred To Fla.

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007) -- A Delaware court agreed on Tuesday to transfer a countersuit filed by Bank of America NA against Every Penny Counts Inc. and SIP Assets LLC to the Florida district where EPC originally sued BofA for allegedly infringing its patent on an automated banking program.
