Law360, New York (February 09, 2010) -- A district judge has reversed a magistrate judge's order disqualifying Howrey LLP from defending Boston Scientific Corp. in a patent infringement suit brought by Wyeth over drug-eluting stents, holding that the firm's representation of Wyeth in an unrelated case does not create a significant conflict of interest.
