Sanctions, Damages Reversed In Software Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 08, 2010) -- A federal appeals court has reversed sanctions against attorneys for ResQNet.com Inc. stemming from the alleged bad-faith inclusion of certain patents in its infringement suit over software technology, while remanding the damages calculation against defendant Lansa Inc.
