Law360, New York (February 08, 2010) -- Sharp Corp. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. have signed a settlement agreement to end more than two years of ongoing patent infringement disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission and in federal courts over liquid crystal display panels and modules for television and computer screens.
The electronics rivals reached a deal Friday, Sharp said in a statement Monday....
