SanDisk Axes Flash Memory Spat With Phison, Others

Law360, New York (February 08, 2010) -- A federal judge has approved a settlement agreement between SanDisk Corp. and Phison Electronics Corp. as defendants continue to drop away from SanDisk's suit, which accused dozens of companies of infringing its patents for flash memory technology.
