Judge Nixes UBid Cybersquatting Suit V. Go Daddy

Law360, New York (November 06, 2009) -- A federal judge has dismissed a suit brought by auction Web site uBid Inc. that accused domain provider The Go Daddy Group Inc. of violating a cybersquatting law by allowing URLs registered by third parties containing uBid's trademarked name to appear on Go Daddy sites.
