Emcore Asks ITC To Bounce Avago Patent Expert

Law360, New York (November 03, 2009) -- Semiconductor company Emcore Corp. has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to exclude the testimony of a patent expert provided by rival Avago Technologies Ltd., arguing that it would be “unhelpful and unnecessary” to the case over whether Emcore imported optoelectronic devices that infringe Avago's patents.
