Sanofi, Watson Resolve Patent Dispute Over Plavix

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009) -- Sanofi-Aventis has reached a deal with Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. in a long-standing patent infringement suit over Watson’s attempt to market a generic version of the blockbuster blood thinner Plavix.
