Law360, New York (May 14, 2009) -- As YouTube LLC and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers prepare to duke it out in court over a final license fee agreement, a federal judge has ruled that the video sharing Web site must pay songwriters more than $1.6 million in interim royalty fees.
