Judge Tosses CVS Suit Over Change To Win Web Site

Law360, New York (November 19, 2008) -- A federal judge in Virginia has dismissed a complaint in which CVS Pharmacy Inc. and three subsidiaries accused union coalition Change to Win of misappropriating trade secrets by posting contracts between the plaintiffs and government agencies on the Internet.
