Calcar Loses Permanent Injunction Bid Against Honda

Law360, New York (November 19, 2008) -- A federal judge has refused to grant American Calcar Inc. a permanent injunction blocking American Honda Motor Co. Inc. from infringing two patents, more than two weeks after overturning a jury's verdict and invalidating one of the patents for inequitable conduct.
