Judge Shoots Down Antitrust Claims Against Apple

Law360, New York (November 19, 2008) -- In a boost for Apple Inc.’s trademark and copyright suit against Psystar Ltd., a federal judge has tossed Psystar's counterclaims accusing Apple of violating antitrust laws with its end-user licensing deals, which require that Apple software be used only on Apple computers.
